Mayer Rispler founded the firm in 1980. Since the launching of the firm, Mayer has devoted his energy toward helping closely-held businesses manage their business more efficiently, increase their profitability and realize substantial tax savings. Mayer enjoys the challenge of helping clients solve a wide range of complicated and technical business problems. Many clients rely on him to provide support and assistance with matters concerning mergers and acquisitions, estate and succession planning. 

In addition, through his many well established banking and financial relationships, Mayer is able to provide top quality comprehensive financial assistance to clients who need to obtain either traditional, or specialized financing through factoring, asset based loans or equity capital. His experience with cash flows, budget forecasts, and projections provides assistance to companies who are looking for ways to increase profitability and grow their organizations.

Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mayer Rispler received his MBA from Long Island University College. He continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation.

Michael Friedman joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1987. His expertise encompasses accounting, auditing, business forecasting, SEC compliance, due diligence, management, consulting and taxes.

Michael services a variety of industries with emphasis in not-for-profit, real estate, estate planning and tax planning for high net individuals. Michael has extensive experience in providing his clients a full array of strategic planning tools such as Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Gifting Programs and Trusts. In addition, Michael has used his real estate experience to structure tax-free exchanges and develop other tax-deferred strategies.

Michael Friedman received his BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College. He continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation.

Joseph Schwartz joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 2000. Joseph has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and individual tax. Joseph serves a variety of industries including:

Joseph also specializes in helping clients set up various accounting software and also specializes in QuickBooks consulting for smaller to medium companies.
